Many first time home buyers are surprised by the immediate benefits they received once the purchased their first home. A recent survey done by Coldwell Banker yielded these results.
-67% said the market conditions provided them the opportunity to buy a home sooner than they expected.
-50% said they found a home in a more desirable location than they expected.
-61% got a home for a better price than they expected.
-40% got more space than they expected.
-43% locked in a lower interest rate than they expected.
The time to buy is never better than now!
