VIRTUAL CURB APPEAL

The two basic factors that contribute most toward a successful home sale are the right price and stunning curb appeal.

“Curb appeal” used to mean the way your property looks when viewed from the street. But over the past decade, “curb appeal” has taken on a much larger definition. According to a survey by the National Association of Realtors, over 87 percent of homebuyers use the internet to search for a home before ever getting into their cars. Buyers now expect to explore every room in the house with just a click of the mouse.

When selling your home, be sure to choose a REALTOR® who has a comprehensive web-based marketing strategy. They will advise you on how to stage your home, and to photograph its best features.

First impressions really count in real estate. Good curb appeal can affect the final sales price by as much as 11 percent. So your home should be in top showing condition before you put it on the market.
