We’re moving!  Yes, as of January 10th RE/MAX and Dynamic Properties are merging.

Now merger is a big corporate word meaning two corporations coming together to form a big conglomerate and thereby becoming a massive, faceless entity.

Well I ‘m happy to report that this isn’t the case at all. It’s more like two friends going into business to fill a need in the community, and by joining forces are able to serve that need more efficiently.

In addition, we’re not moving in with them and they’re not moving in with us. We are moving in together into a brand new building marking a brand new beginning.  I am very excited as you may be able to discern from my tone.  Brokers Mark Korting from RE/MAX and Jackie Danner from Dynamic have been putting this partnership together for the past year, and now this January it will become a reality. Our new location is just off C Street still, only north of RE/MAX and just south of Dynamic, so we really are meeting in the middle.

The Mary Cox Team will not change. Yes we will be on the top floor of a new building with huge windows that face the mountains. Yes, you may now take an elevator to our office of climb the beautiful new staircase.  However, it will still be the same Mary Cox Team that has served you and cherished your referrals all these past eighteen  years.  Drop by and say hello if you’re in the neighborhood.
