Letter from the Heart – April 2013

April 2, 2013

It has been said “if you want to get something done, give it to a busy person.” Well, thanks
to all your great referrals, I have been wonderfully busy! As you continue to put your trust
into my services, I continue to make it my responsibility to give you the best service I can,
no matter how busy I become. I am always available for your questions, but I also have a
team of specialists trained to handle your questions and concerns. They are the ones who
keep the transactions moving along so we can close the properties on time. Closing on time
happens to be the number one priority for both buyers and sellers, far outdistancing all other
concerns, so we keep our eye on that target.

The market is picking up as the inventory in the Anchorage area is down. This situation tends
to favor the sellers, as there is less to choose from for the buyers. This being said, the seller still
needs to spruce up their home, as the buyer often doesn’t need to buy right now.
From the buyer’s point of view, they are seeing properties they like but keep looking only
to find that perhaps the one they really wanted is now pending. Dave jokes that he brings
a flyer box AND a sale pending sign with him to the properties. The key for the buyer is to
know what you want and keep checking your searches. Then as soon as you see something
you want to look at let us know! We are a team of multiple Realtors, so even if I am tied up
or working with another client, one of my team members can help get you into that dream
home before its gone!

So you see, we are busy but also very accessible to your needs. Just call us and someone will
either talk to you right there and answer your question, get the answer and call you back or
take a message and I will get back to you the same day.

So whether it’s selling your home, helping you find a new one, or just being there to answer
your questions it is my pleasure to help you in any way that I can. That is my commitment to
you.

Take Care,

Mary Cox Sig compressed
